Phenomenal honey, great value
I’m obsessed with honey flights/sets! That being said I’ve tried a lot of honey and paid a good amount.I loved all 4 honeys I received! Each had flavor depth, not overly sweet, and great for different uses. I’ve had them for a few months now and none of them have crystallized, which I know is natural and can be fixed by heating but I still just don’t like.I hope they come out with more sets, I’d love to try but I’ll definitely be rebuying this one!!

Sage honey is the best!
I grew up eating sage honey from my family’s California ranch. Since moving away, I have tried all types of honey at all price points and they all left me disappointed. I happened upon Honey Pacifica’s site and ordered their sage honey, thinking maybe they’d cut corners and the honey would be tepid and runny. Instead, it is thick and filled with the flavor of sage...opening the bottle brought back many memories for me. I’ll be ordering a squeeze jar (free shipping with Prime) every month now. Great price for an outstanding product!

The Real Deal
Disappointed with other "orange blossom" honey? Look no further. Don't expect an immediate orange aroma or the taste of orange juice. That's not what orange blossom honey is about. The taste of orange lingers on the tongue and this product comes through. My credentials for the "real deal"? Grew up amongst orange groves and this was the type of honey so enjoyed as a kid. This product is comfort food for me.

Not as flavorful as Florida honey
Had to give it a shot. I heard California orange blossom honey was better than Florida’s. Personally, I’m going to have to disagree. It’s not bad tasting by any means, I just don’t think it has that distinctive flavor of Florida’s orange blossom honey.

Spectacular Honey!
Delicious and fragrant orange blossom notes but not coyly overly sweet. Great consistency for tea and for baked goods. Lovely coloring. One of the best if not THE BEST orange-blossom honeys tasted from local state of California and Bay Area! A little pricey but worth it!

Good light honey
Good but delicate honey - it doesn't stand up well to strong flavors (like coffee) but is fine in lighter teas and probably would be good in lighter desserts.

Fragrant & delicious
I used to buy it at the Cali farmers markets and years later and half a country away, it’s still my go-to honey. The fragrance from the blossoms is delightfully strong. I love it in tea, but it’s also great on roasted carrots.

The BEST honey!
I discovered the sage honey a couple of years ago in my local grocery store and became obsessed. Unfortunately, they stopped carrying it, but luckily, I can get it online. I recently expanded my taste buds and ordered the four pack - mango, sage, wildflower, and orange blossom. While sage may still be my overall fave, they are all delicious (the mango is crazy good!). Great for tea, yogurt, toast - anywhere you typically (or not) use honey - or, right off the spoon may be best!
