Men's and Women's Casual Crew Socks (Pack of 3) Made in USA! Cushioned Sole

These are very well made socks, and I find them quite comfortable. I waited to write my review until after I had washed them. Life is too short to worry about how I wash my socks. So, I just threw them in the washer with a dark load and tossed them in the dryer. They have held up just fine after two washings and didn't shrink at all. I'm not sure how others managed to shrink them.I have inflammatory arthritis in my ankles, toes, and elsewhere. These socks are perfect for me. The seam doesn't bother my tender toes at all. The socks stretch, without being binding or too large and bunching, which also causes pain. You can see where your big toe was after you remove the socks, but the socks don't feel tight at all. They do stay up as advertised.I find that the white socks run larger than the black socks. I bought the white socks after wearing and laundering the black ones. I don't wear any of my other socks now. I even ordered their wool socks and hope they're as comfortable.After reading other reviews, I debated ordering a size up but ultimately ordered my normal size, which falls in the middle of the medium. And I stuck with the medium when I ordered more. I'd definitely order a size up if I were at the upper limit of the size or if I liked socks that were loose the way regular men's sweat pants would be. They do seem to have considerable stretch, but I would imagine they would feel tight with very large, swollen legs, such as with diabetes. In that case, I'd be tempted to order a size up as well. I'm not tiny and am fairly swollen, but not past my ankle and the swelling doesn't encompass the entire circumference of my leg.These socks are a medium weight with some cushion. They won't fit in the trendiest, dressy shoes but my guess is that if you need these socks you have enough common sense or pain to realize you shouldn't be wearing those types of shoes anyway. No heels gals & guys too! All kidding aside, they aren't crazy thick and will fit in most shoes that you would wear for business casual for men and many women's shoes as well. They also work well for sneakers.3/2019 Update: These socks still look 'like new'. I bought some for my father, and he loves them. He doesn't have any swelling, but he likes that there isn't any seam across the toes. The wool socks, on the other hand, look horrible, and I don't wear them even half as much as these.12/2019 Update: I bought a size XL in black to fit over a badly swollen ankle after a recent injury. The XL was larger from toe to heel but was no larger in any other dimension. If anything, the XL felt tighter than my usual M, which still fit but wasn't too comfortable after the injury. I thought the XL would be perfect. Silly me! So, the mediums are great, but the larger sizes really ought to be larger in every dimension, not just longer. I still love the socks in the medium, and they still look great.

These socks (Men’s Crew Loose Fit Stays Up), made in USA, are made with great quality and durability. I have purchased numerous pairs, black - navy - white (including ankle length in white). Never any wear & tear holes in toes or heels. Durable, comfortable with cushioning & support. The fit is true to size. Nothing from China can compare whatsoever. These socks are totally worth the money and the value is superb!

These socks are long in the foot because I bought the large - size 11 - 15. I give four stars because I truly expected them to be wider with a looser fit but they are not much wider than a regular sock but better than his previous sock. I like they are made in America and the construction is good. It was fortuitous they fit probably since I got the larger size. But for someone with a truly wide foot or ankles I do not know if there would be satisfaction. They are not a lot loose on the elastic. The man I got them for tends to get swollen ankles by the end of the day. These socks prevent his ankles from swelling. The socks do not reach his knee so the swelling is above the sock before the knee, so you can see they are somewhat restrictive. He wears size 11 shoe and is 5'10" weighing 165 lbs. There's extra room at the toe but not too much to prevent wearing his shoes, but I can see the sock fitting a longer foot. They are much better for his size than the typical men's sock size 9-11, so I'm happy that I did not have to return them. They did wash well without shrinking but I have let them hang dry - I wouldn't want them to shrink in the dryer and I think some reviews mention them shrinking. I believe with more washings they will enventually get looser in the wringer. If so, then I might take the chance putting them in the dryer.Update with correction - I bought the extra large 15.5 - 19. I put them on today on my size 9.5 women's foot and they go on well, not up to my knee, I am 130 lbs and 5'9" tall. They went on easy and I put my hands inside the sock of the calf area and could see they could fit a calf twice my size or more. They stretch out the length of the calf, so they are a loose fit and they do stay up. I pulled the toe and it could stretch out 4 more inches. They are too big for me but work well for the man I bought them for with the size 11 shoe. They stretch uniformly and do not have a tight elastic at the top of the sock which which form a ring around your calf - this is a very good feature. I give credit to the manufacturer that they stay up and are a loose fit. I bought diabetic socks previously size 9-11 in men's and after drying in the dryer they were too small, so these socks are much better.

For 30 years I've been searching for socks that fit my husband's size 11 4E wide feet... and finally I hear, "Are these new socks? I really like them. They aren't too tight!" Finally he has comfortable socks!! And they're great quality. Buying more now!! Sooooooo happy!!!

My husband just got a couple of orders of these socks. The socks seem to be a a very good quality. They are thick and soft. My husband has to use an adaptive tool to get his socks on. These socks work great for that. Of course, time will tell us if the socks handle wear and washing without losing their softness or the ribbing getting stretched out.

Bought my husband these socks in large ( L ) first time, way too big, my fault. Bought second set of 3 in size medium ( M ) they fit perfectly, he wears shoe size 10, he really likes them and says they are very comfortable.

Stays up, comfortable, bottom of sock a little thicker. I have wore about 5-6 times. One pair is unraveling at the top. No bueno. Especially for the price. I will by again.
