Reflective tape contains a pigment in the middle which can reflect light. This tape can used many times. Glow in dark tape contains a pigment in the middle which can be charged with any bright light source (full sunlight works especially well) about 30 minutes and will glow for up to 8 hours, slowly getting dimmer and dimmer until it fades entirely. Once your eyes are used to darkness, this tape will be easy to see. Note:1.Do not touch the water for 4 hours after the tape is affixed. 2. When cleaning anti-slip tape, only use the brush and cleaner to wipe gently.

Didn't glow very well
Used this outside for a brief event. It was in the sunlight during the day but did not glow after dark. Not quite as sticky as it needs to be for concrete surfaces.
