Puns aside, this stuff is tremendous. First things first: DOES it taste like lentils? Yes. Yes it does. If you hate lentil flavor then click away: not even your mom's spaghetti sauce will mask a lentil flavor of this magnitude.But if you can get past that (and the gas you'll pass), this really is the perfect substitute. The texture is on point especially when boiled 6 minutes on the nose. Not much else to say other than if you're highfalutin without gluten, and don't mind tasting lentils and smelling farts, then give this stuff a try. Your kids will love it! - especially the farts.

I was a bit skeptical at first about eating all veggie pasta, but it is quite tasty. It does need to cook a little longer to get soft though.

If you think of this product as pasta, it falls a little short. If you think of it as lentils, it's the best lentils ever. Don't over cook them, though. I served mine with a little olive oil, parmesan cheese and garlic. Quite delish!
