First of all I got the silver not the dark gray. This is really great for charging it charges really fast battery doesn’t last that long but to be able to charge in half an hour is a huge plus. The problem I had is the charger cable wore out and eventually broke and stop charging. There is no support number for this company there is no way to get a replacement cable that I have found. And for this it’s two stars because I have to throw the whole product out even though it worked well for a couple months. the charger is big and clunky is really big I can’t really recommend this product because it only lasted for about 3 to 4 months before the cable wore out and there’s absolutely no number to contact this company.

By far this is the bests performing portable charger.I’ve been using this product for a little over a week. I must say this is the best performing charger period. Since I own a couple of other portable chargers and used them bunch of times, here are some things I like about this product.1. DESIGN. Best looking portable charger period. Nicely packaged. Opening the box, I saw a portable charger with a plug and a charging cable. I got the grey – it looks VERY nice: sleek, clean finish thus very presentable. It goes with my iPad too which is plus.2. QUICK CHARGE. This portable charger is INDEED fully charged within 30 min. It took 20ish minutes until I see the four led lights indicator. I travel a lot so this is a life changing device for me. I always make sure to fully charge my phone when I am in other cities. Nevertheless, my portable charger runs low battery time to time. I always go into Starbucks or a nearby coffee shop so I can charge both my phone and portable charger for about 15-20min which is not enough time. With YUKUMA, 20min is enough. The powerbank is fully charged and it’s 10,000mAH. That means I can charge my Samsung Galaxy S7 (3,000mAH) three times in a row after spending only 20-30min. Great product. (Especially for iPhone users)3. TWO USB PORTS. Another feature I love about this product. When I am on a plane, I need to watch a movie or play games. This one allows me to charge both cellphone and tablet at the same time. I can continue watching a movie or playing games without worrying about turning off my devices to save batteries to use when I land.4. DURABILITY. Just by looking at the product, I could literally tell if this one is well-made product. It’s not made out of some cheap quality plastic-ish material. Very well-built. I could see that I will stick to this one for a long time.5. PORTABILTY. Sized perfectly. Easy to carry around. Fits my pocket. When I carry it around, this one makes me look nicer.

Used it 5 times and it stopped working. Yukuma doesn't have customer service support so I had to call Amazon. After speaking with their customer service support they had informed me that they could not find yukuma phone number. Not cool. That tells me that they don't care.

Bought this about a month ago, I always keep it in my backpack in its own pocket for when I need it. This was propably used my most 12 times and I have had no problems with the way it charged my phone, but I am now noticing that the button is getting flimsy and loose I suppose is a better way to say it. When I first got it the button was firm and not wobbly but now when I press it, it gets stuck to the egde. I'd really appreciate if the seller could replace or fix this issue for a better review. This is my second 1 I lost the first 😡 The device works as advertised... I can’t find customer support, I need the cable that wore out... At this time, device is useless 😡

clunky and big for the amount of power it offers. Just get a faster usb charger for your normal battery. This thing is overpriced for what it is.

Within about 1-2 months the USB port became loose, the charger suddenly just stops charging, and the round button to activate the charger kept getting stuck. Really not worth the $100 price tag

Order came fast! Recharges at lightning speeds. It can charge two devices simultaneously. It is relatively light and can fit in my small-size purse.
