Returning
Just received this in the mail today and we're sending it back. It's much narrower than the pictures suggest, and most concerning it has a distinctly non-leather smell. It smells so bad it gave my mother (to whom this was meant to be a gift) a headache. Needless to say, we're sending it back.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for, it is very well made with quality leather. I love the look and feel of the bag and it's just the right size for my Dell Latitude e7470 laptop, charging cable, mini iPad, Bose Quite Comfort headphones and other miscellaneous items that I carry, on a daily basis. If you want a bag that looks great and not everyone in the office has, give this one a try.

Last Bag I Will Ever Need To Buy
I bought this Messenger Bag for my last year of Graduate School. After using it for the last couple of weeks, I realize that if I take care of this bag it will likely last a lifetime. I couldn't have made a better purchase.

Cheap Hardware and strap
The hardware on the bag is cheap. I've only used it once carrying my 15" Lenovo YOGA laptop around Hartsfield and it looks like it's on the verge of breaking at any moment. The strap is also not the same leather quality or thickness as the bag. I'm considering buying a leather strap and new hardware to sew on myself. This thing won't make it another trip. I love the actual bag tho.

Looks beautiful!
I bought this bag for my brother since he always wanted a messenger bag made out of leather. We were worried that the bag would be made out of bad quality leather for the price but it seems to be okay. The leather does have a strange smell but apart from that it seems great. He has been using it everyday for work and it looks great on him.

Cheap
Color was completely different than what was pictured. Felt more like cardboard than leather. Very cheap. If it is leather then it is very dried out brittle cheap leather. I understand the bag is only 40 dollars, so I am returning this and getting a canvas bag instead
