Horizon 5182 Plastic Single Bottle Eyewash Station, 5-1/2" Length x 10" Width x 10" Height

Very poor quality materials... Cracked when installing it. Before installing it, noticed that the lid doesn't even close tight. There's a gap on both sides because the plastic door is warped. Not worth the price. Spend the extra and get something else.
