Edith And Little Bear Lend A Hand: The Lonely Doll Series

This book was about the favorite for my daughters when they were little, and we just got it for our two granddaughters. The love for the book continues undimenished through the next generation. This one is a classic.

An endearing story! Edith and Little Bear take charge to make their neighborhood a cleaner, healthier place to live. The photographs are wonderful and there is a life lesson to the story. This is a wonderful book, given to my granddaughter as a gift, but her mom loved it just as much (if not more).

This is another book in the Edith series by Dare Wright and my favorite because of the environmental message. Edith and Little Bear set out to clean up New York City to convince Mr. Bear that staying in the city is okay. Great story, great photos, a delight.

Favorites books as a child, I wore the library copies out. It is so great to read these old favorites again. I loved the stories as a child and now appreciate the art as an adult.
