This is a lifesaver. Literally. I have the most debilitating pms and I’ve had it go from tolerable to worse in my 30s and I have depression and anxiety which makes it even worse. I found this when looking for supplements for mood disorders. I purchased it hoping for some sorr of relief and also because I have never tried supplements in melting strip form either. I took them for 10 days before my period started. Within 4 days I noticed a difference. I tracked my mood swings for years and I can vouch for the way I started feeling calmer. Mind you I did not change anything else including diet or exercise. It will probably work even better with a lifestyle change. Although i didn’t feel any difference with cramps or bloating though. But my mood? A definite yes. I am thoroughly impressed.

I'll never recommend this to my sister and mom. Initially the product seems good, easy to use and travel friendly. But this one totally disturbed my cycle. Yes, it relieves pms but at what cost? Do your research on the main ingredient of the product "Vitex Agnus Castus Extract" before buying this one.
