I was skeptical, but this tea really helps!I get bad acid reflux at night. I was on omeprazole for over a year, but stopped taking it for health reasons. Of course my reflux immediately returned. I thought I would have to turn back to the meds, but one cup of this tea before bed, and I go all night without reflux and wake up without it too! Eating certain trigger foods will still cause problems during the day, so for me, the tea doesn’t prevent irritating foods from causing flare ups, but it does get rid of the nightly reflux I would get everyday regardless of what I did/didn't eat.The tastes is pleasant. Mostly like chamomile. I add a bit of sugar to mine.

It really works! I drank a cup before going to bed and it's the first pain free night I've had in a month! I drank another cup upon rising and I haven't had any discomfort today at all. Usually upon waking, the discomfort starts but not this morning! I add a little honey, but it's really not needed! I highly recommend it!

I really love the taste of this tea, but it doesn't help my reflux very much. However, it definitely doesn't make it worse like many teas do. Worth it for the delicious taste.

This stuff really works! I have been a long time user of tums on/off, but I want to find a more natural alternative. This tea helps with relief almost instantly for myself and tastes pretty decent as well :)

It increases the heartburn and GERD. I will not recommend it to any person.
