As of this week 11/11/17, the product description failed to mention the length. So I assumed it was long enough to fit the average American man whose waist is 40" (according to the CDC in 2014).Sadly, this product is only good for up to about 34." I'm 36-37" and the ends do not overlap.Should not hide this basic into. Now I have to waste my time returning it.

This is really great. You can microwave or freeze the insert and then put in the pocket and wear around so your hands are free and you are getting the relief you need!!
