### ⭐⭐ Disappointing if you want a program

I found this book very disappointing for nutrition and strength training information. All very basic and barely touch on any sort of a plan but more of a general overview with lots of motivational pictures. The only plus is the section on supplements.

This is a good book for beginners, but somewhat redundant for anyone who has been training and looking for the best exercises for a great set of abs. For me it was a waste of money.

This, like all of Robert Kennedy's publications, is extremely motivating.  He doesn't circle around what needs to be done to achieve weight loss.  It's going to be tough and take will-power and this book motivates you to do that.
