I have these on all my controllers not just my steam deck. I even have some on my Dreamcast Controller.The noise reduction is great for late night gaming.

Must need for the rog ally. Makes the thumbs sticks feel so much smoother

Good product, but it's basically just rubber bands

I got these for my switch lite after the original black rounded cover tore off and I was worried about the bottom of the joystick being exposed. I wasn’t sure when I ordered, but these work perfect for it

The more you put on the joystick, the better they work at being quieter. I stacked about four bands on my left joystick and it's so much quieter, no click clacking. I think it's good to choose the amount of thickness by stacking the bands.

This is a super cool product, I've been using dielectric grease to help prevent rubbing on my joysticks, but it tends to gather dust and hair and needs to be cleaned off and reapplied every few weeks. These seem to achieve the same result without the extra trouble.They're a little finnicky to put on, they like to bind and roll up initially, but using the plastic end of a pen cap I was able to wiggle them into place without much trouble. Once applied, the joysticks move around just as smoothly as when greased, there's no grinding or catching, and hopefully no plastic dust build up. One of the major contributors to joystick drift is the dust from the joysticks grinding on the controller case getting down into the joystick assembly's contacts and reducing their capacitance, which causes it to short a bit and soot and corrosion builds up, and then your accuracy starts crapping out. This won't fix the springs and pivot wearing out on the joystick but it should help reduce long term problems.Anyway, the feel of the joysticks with these on is pretty nice, you don't get that hard clacky knocking with high speed movements, there's no grind on rotation, the protectors don't bind up with motion and cause issues, it's all very smooth. I got these mostly for my Steam Deck as I don't want any more dust and such getting into it than absolutely necessary, but I ended up slapping them on my other controllers too. All in all very happy with them.

Got these for my ps5 controllers. Fit was okay but a bit loose and extremely sticky and very rubbery on use of the joystick. They were ripped on the left joystick in less than a month. Do not buy!EDIT: found that due to them being damaged with normal usage and play, that my controllers analog sticks had become scratched and thus damaged with this products false sense of security. Very cheaply made product and not good to use!! Literally use anything else: Electric tape worked for me, bought some kevlar tape perfectly fit for controllers but do not use this product if you want to protect your analogs on your controllers

Updated review:I had an issue with my order and the store reached out to me and corrected the problem. It’s rare to have such proactive and helpful customer service. I would buy from them again.The silicone rings work really well on my steam deck. I also used them on various controllers I have here.On controllers like a base model Xbox controller with plastic stems it really helps stop all the stick slapping noises and smooths out the rotation. I do not feel hindered on any controllers by using these (I was originally worried they would slow the action down, but if anything it just makes the rotation if the sticks a smoother experience.. They will just reduce wear and tear on the sticks and reduce slapping stick noises.On my Xbox elite controllers these work too, but with the removable metal sticks it felt like it has less of an effect since the polished metal sticks already give smooth action around the stick ring. The ps5 controller, the base model Xbox controllers, steam deck, and switch pro controller all seem to benefit the most from these rings.The main reason I got these was to prevent the white paint wearing off my steam deck sticks. It was nice seeing how beneficial these are on all my other controllers. I feel like this is a nice aftermarket controller upgrade I wasn’t ever considering up until now.
