Found this item and the concentration is high so I only needed 1-1.5gm everyday which is easily manageable. Problem solved! Waited for a month to review and I'm pleased to report that this worked very well. Tongkat releases bound up testosterone so it's important to understand how it works. I could feel the difference and no this isn't placebo. I will and did not expect to see dramatic difference in muscle mass and strength because I am maxing out out my potential already but someone trying a herb for the first time or novice lifters may see a significant increase. My dosage was 1.5 gm everyday but if you are doing this for the first time, do not exceed the 1gm dosage. I would not be taking this year around and you will need to find your own body's balance when using this and determine your extent of use.
