Q: How the Lifetime warranty works?

I've been trying to review this product for a few weeks but it won't let me. When pulling these forward on the floor, they collapse, requiring me to have to turn them over to reset the leg(s). One of mine broke and splintered after only a few weeks. I wrote to the manufacturer/seller but they haven't gotten back to me.
