If you enjoy spending money for copied and pasted Wikipedia pages, this is the book for you. If you enjoy a plethora of nonsense information and maybe 10% of the book being about what was intended... This is the book for you.Bob Bachelor might be a good writer if he has his own ideas, but when it comes to writing about people, he is not the guy.There's a lot of bouncing around, several chapters that should not have even been included, and zero information about his family and his wife Joanie being a big part in how successful he came to be.The only pertaining information about Joanie was two sentences in the prologue. Everything else was just about how much money Joanie will get when Stan passes.Albeit it did have interesting information about how he got his name, World War 2, and even movie cameos, everything else gave me a headache.Worst book I've ever read. Thanks.

This book is a superb book on the life and work of Stan Lee legendary superstar of Marvel Comics. This book is well researched and well written by Bob Batchelor. Very interesting and exciting. I am reading the Kindle version using Amazon Echo with Alexa. I recommend this book without qualifications. Amazing story well told!

Overall, it was interesting to read because I am a huge Marvel fan; however, I was mistaken into believing that it would encompass more of Stan himself, not how Marvel came to be.
