Liquipel Ghostguard Invisible Liquid Screen Protection

Liquipel products have worked very well for multiple cell phones I have owned. I have been using the company for years to protect my products. Eventually, I did have a crack in a screen of my cell phone and Liquipel sent me a check for $100 within a few weeks of submitting my claim. Excellent company and excellent products.

We bought new phones on July 4, 2018. It is now October 6, 2018. My husband applied Liquipel to the screen and registered the product. 2 days ago, he dropped his phone, breaking the screen. Using his confirmation email, he called Liquipel. His first call was from work, he was left on hold for more than 15 minutes. He had to hang up. Twice more he called from home. He was on hold the first time for 25 minutes and the second time for 50 plus minutes. No person EVER answered any of the calls. So I have emailed them twice, since half his screen is unusable. They have not answered my emails yet. So, here we are, stuck in a holding g pattern. We cannot get the phone fixed because no one will even contact us to tell us where we can go to fix it and still satisfy their stipulations. He NEEDS his phone in order to do his job.Obviously, after these folks get your money, you as a customer mean nothing to them. Your possible loss of income means nothing to them. They do not answer your calls or emails. They do not back their product, which actually makes sense since it's worthless. I will NEVER purchase their products again, and I urge everyone to go elsewhere.

Terrible product! Didn’t work at all! Barely dropped my phone and now I have to pay 50$ out of my own pocket to get it fixed because liquipel only covers 100$. No phone repair place charges that low of a price so this company is a scam! I bet they don’t have a problem dishing out 100$ because they make so much more money off making people believe that this product actually works. I will never buy this product EVER again and I do not recommend it. You might as well buy a cheap screen protector from 5 below because that’s about all the quality this product has!

I have gone through 3 or 4 phones and trusted this with every single one of them. (They died for non screen related reasons) Each lasted all of their lifespan with this with flawless screens. I stopped using screen protectors long time ago as liquipel is my go-to now and far less troublesome to apply. Also note I'm not the most graceful person-i use my phone at work to assist customers( my company has an app for price checking and other services), I eat with it and knock it over...it takes a beating. This stuff is unphased.Not to mention the coating is sleek and enhances the screen. Love this stuff.

Loved how easy this was to “install”. I’ve spent so much money on screen protectors since I’ve had my share of iPhones and I’ve always been frustrated. I can’t stand having a screen protector with a bubble and I have yet to get a protector installed without bubbles, whether I install it or the cellular company installs it. While I entrust this product to keep my screen protected, I also use a solid case for my phone to keep the phone itself more protected.

Didn't work for us, dropped phone from hand while standing, hit face down on glass, shattered screen and phone is nonfunctional. Thankfully we had purchased a product care plan for this device when we bought it from wally world. Guarantee also is not really great as they only pay for screen replacement which in this case will not fix phone so we aren't about to get the screen fixed. So know what you are buying when you get this, don't think it works and don't depend on the guaranty as if you won't be fixing your screen then you don't get the benefit. I have an email into them now asking about his and will revise my review if they respond differently. Otherwise, I won't be buying the product again and cannot recommend it.
