Aluminum Microring Links Bead Loader, Looper and Threader for Hair Extension and Feather Installation tool

made cheaply broke as I was putting in an extension, thank god I had another hook but not a looper.

I bought this tool and after one full head of extensions on the second hed it broke but they quickly answered my email and no questions asked sent me out another wire quickly.

For me it broke right away. Was I using it wrong? I don't know.

Product was broken when I received it but I contacted the company and they sent me a new item along with an extra one. This company cares about their customers. The items arrived today and I just put the product together and so far so good it is holding on well. I haven't used it yet but it has already gottnen past the point of the first one. I know sometimes things get broken and this company as soon as they knew was unhappy about the product they sent me 2 new replace threading wires. I will shop from this company again

I am extremely disappointed with this product! The product I received was VERY poor quality. It broke the first time I used it. I purchased this, much more expensive, product expecting a much higher quality product than I had previousy recieved from other companies. In fact, it appears to be the same cheap product. Don't be fooled, buy the cheap product and expect to recieve a cheap product and make the best of it :)

Does exactly what is says it will do. Great tool and easy to use. Sturdy and a really good buy.
