Comfortable and Clean!
EDIT: The seller contacted me and fixed the issue! The chair is amazing.... still no back pain months later. Would recommend!I received this not long ago and it seems to be a pretty decent chair overall. It looks great and is comfortable even after hours of gaming. There is one problem though... I am not sure if I got a faulty headrest or not, but mine will not stay in the position I choose... it just falls back down. That kind of sucks considering the head rest is part of the reason I got the chair in the first place. Rating would be higher if not for this and like I said maybe mine was just faulty.I am used to rubber type material for lumbar support. This is a hard plastic that isn’t super easy to adjust. Still seems to do the job so far though! Other than that it looks nice and is already better than my last chair that killed my back.

Good chair for this price.
Only gave 4 stars because the seat depth feels a little short. Other than that, for this price point it seems line with what you get. The chair was well packaged and the few bolts (14 in total) needed to put together were also packed in a nice bubble pack and came with a few extra bolts. No issues putting it together, about 20 minutes taking my time. Used for 2 days now and no issues, pretty comfortable. One of the reasons I selected this chair over others in the price range was that it has fabric covered arms instead of plastic/rubber arms that can split and feel sticky. The fabric is padded mesh, the same used for the seat. Some have complained about the headrest height/angle. I don't find any issues with this since 99.9% of the time I am sitting up right and not resting my head back. Still working on the best height of the lumbar support.Time will tell of the build quality, but it feels pretty good and the mesh back is nice for comfort and air flow. It looks good too.

the chair is not bad to sit in
Just OK. Overall, the chair is not bad to sit in; I didn't notice any discomfort after prolonged use. The wheels are nice and the chair glides effortlessly across the floor. However, the head rest is obstructive to me. It doesn't stay in a preferred position instead just hangs down. The armrests being adjustable is basically useless as putting even a tiny bit of weight on them will set them back to their default flat position. Most disappointing is the back: it doesn't recline very far. The mesh is comfortable, but I was really looking for a chair that I could really lean back. It feels stiff and like I have to really put all of my weight against the back to recline. (I am not very tall nor heavy)For construction, some of the screws didn't seem to fit that well, one side of the arm went just fine, the other was incredibly difficult as the screw was just slightly too big. One of the wheels was pretty difficult to get in though I did manage eventually. I wanted to remove the headrest, but after adding the plastic washers it's nearly impossible.

Comfortable, but cheap junk
Almost lasted 6 months before starting to fall apart. The armrest's hadware get all stripped out and no longer hold their positions.

Didn't last a year
Chair started off great. Easy to assemble. Solid support and breathability. Mostly fit my 6', 200lbs frame. Headrest is still too low. However, 10 months in with everyday use, the mesh back has now ripped along one side. It squeaks constantly, requiring WD-40 every couple weeks to the hinges. The armrest joints are manufactured poorly, requiring adjustments frequently. The right one continuously loosens, while the left one continuously tightens.Spend more money and get a chair that will last.

Lookout for features mainly Headrest!!!
I bought this chair for two main reasons: Headrest and Lumbar support. Chair didn't fulfill both.Pros:1) seat depth (luxury)2) adjustable arm rests (comfortable)3) backrest height (luxury)Cons:1) Headrest (It doesn't stay at one place and morover it doesn't move up or down but just angles up or down as mentioned)2) Lumbar support (not so good since adjustment is so hard and is plastic)Verdict: I didn't like it and returned it!!!Review UPDATEFirst, the service from the seller was excellent. They understood my problem with the chair and even sent me a new chair for no price.I update my rating from 3-5 stars not only for this new chair but :1) They have a solution for your problem.2) Their customer service (great).3) Chair might suit well for many but for few there might be specific issues like I faced above (Gap b/w headrest and backrest).I sincerely recommend the seller and their products.

Great chair.
At first it feels to solid. It feels like you’re sitting against the wall but after couple of months it loosens up and feels comfortable. I’ve had it for over 2-3 years now and I prefer it over my staples chair.

Decent Quality...
The chair is of decent quality, better than you'll get from Walmart etc. The mesh can be a little abrasive to bare skin but after a while, it will likely wear in. I did encounter an issue during assembly. While for the most part, I experienced no issues assembling it there was an issue with one of the armrests (which support the back) taps was misaligned meaning that the second screw for that side had to be screwed in at an angle. This isn't too much an issue as it is still secure but the screw cover does not fit in the hole because of this. As others have noted the chair, for some reason, came with a pair of cheap gloves with the company's name on it. I wouldn't use them for protection but I guess you could garden in them, or something.All-in-all a decent quality chair for the money.
