These lovely, rustic earrings are created by hand from pure copper, stainless steel jewelry wire and rough hewn recycled glass beads. The beads are are frosty, dark ruby red in color and cut into big facets. Layers of "messy look" fine gauge copper and stainless steel jewelry wire are wrapped into a tapering design. A dark patina was hand applied to the copper, buffed and polished for that boho, rustic look. The metals are sealed with a professional jewelry sealer to protect the finish. These earrings are about 2" long. They have surgical steel ear wires so they are a good choice for those with metal allergies and sensitive skin.
