Holds tight in the vents, however doesn't swivel so it won't fit my vents. Only fits horizontal vents. Another downfall is I have one of the smallest cases you can get for my LG G6 and the only way it fits is if its warm in the car or outside because when its cold it shrinks a little. Its that tight of a fit. My phone is considered skinny so I can't imagine other phones fitting...

Make sure you have a slim phone case. If your case has any sort of rim to lift off the screen from a table (like mine), then you will struggle to fit your phone in if at all. Also, you cannot control the angle of the phone - there is ball socket joint. The phone holder will therefore weigh down on the AC vent and your screen will be pointed downward.

I didn't use this because my phone doesn't fit in its case, and I don't want to keep taking the case off and on.

If your phone is in a protective case with a slight curve in the back, it may be too thick to fit the side arms properly.

Easy to mount and good mechanical design. I have an iPhone 8, and it fits well, although I have to adjust the phone slightly when I put it in the holder or it will press the volume buttons on my phone where the arms "grab" it. I drive a Chevy Traverse (2015) and attach it right to the air vent in the middle of the car near the driver.

Junk the concept behind it is sound but the execution is not it rattles like crazy with no phone in it and still buzzes with one in it. Has since been replaced by another unit.

very securely attaches to the horizontal vents. i bought one for my wife first,then waited a week to see what see thought. then , i bought one for myself. i have a galaxy cellphone, and my wife has an i-phone. it works great for both.

Only good if your phone doesn't have a case on it. Mostly designed for iPhones.
