Weber Carne Asada Seasoning ( Pack of 2 )

Use this Carne Asada by Weber on Mexican dishes or in Riced Cauliflower for the KETO mock Spanish rice taste. Great on chicken or thick pork chops, or putting in Frajitas, as it gives ton of flavor with minimal to no heat. Has a citrus background, and have sprinkled on a bit avocados for salads, too. Really works better on warmed, cooked foods for penitration and melting into foods.Also serves as a good visual appeal coloration sprinkled on as final shake before serving.Love the larger 5 plus ounces, but a bit pricier then most other Weber seasonings one can find at stores. Wish WEBER made this in the 14-16 ounce size for heavy users like us. Knocking off one star for overpricing.

As we all know good seasoning makes the meat. Wow! This stuff is FANTASTIC! I first purchased it at Costco then they haven't gotten any in years since. When I thought to look on Amazon for it vola, there it was. It's a little pricey for a BBQ seasoning but if your a lover of GREAT Mexican BBQ flavor then this is the one you want.I recently went to The Cheesecake Factory & ordered their Carne Asada steak medallions with rice & corn. I could almost swear that this is the exact same seasoning that they are using. Try it out. You won't be disappointed. Yum!

This rub is among the best Weber has to offer. Obviously because the space on the shelves at my local grocery store for it is always sold out, always! The rub is not overwhelming nor weak. I use it liberally because it is a marvelous blend to complement a Boston Butt or ribs or any cut of pork. It is intended for pork. I usually long term smoke my pork cuts but the rub is great using it on cuts coming off of a gas or charcoal grill. Gitcha some!

We purchased this seasoning a couple of years ago while on a trip to S. California. We just love it and can't find it at any of our local grocery stores. Its more expensive than the $4 we paid previously, but to have a convenient seasoning on hand in a flavor we love it is worth the extra expense!

My wife & I absolutely LOVE this dry rub on our steaks on the grill, especially on a good Rib-Eye. The flavor this rub adds to your steak is AMAZING! We used to get this rub at our local grocery store but they stopped carrying it. I am very pleased I was able to find it on Amazon! Keep it coming!
