The Ancient Apothecary essential oil line is a great product...this particular one is to rest and relax, before bedtime and seems to help in sleeping deeper and longer. Dr. Josh Axe is one of the founders of this product and my experience with him and his company has been excellent for over 5 years. The products are excellent and extensively researched and tested before being sold online... His online tutorials and courses are very well done and a super way to learn about better health through the use of food and supplements. One of the courses is on Essential Oils which I have done, and I learned a ton about essential oils. You cannot go wrong with any of the essential oil products!
