Each package contains 4 sealed bags. Each sealed bag has about one moderate portion, 440 calories. No noticeable nutritional value, but at least it lacks the garbage in prepared snack foods.I boiled the contents in water with olive oil, until the water had almost completely boiled away. The result was soft 'n chewy inside and kinda crispy outside. Delightful with a soy sauce/brown sugar/pineapple flavoring.If you're curious, find a recipe for making these from scratch: mainly rice flour.

Best rice cakes I have purchased
I like that these are individually packaged so the entire bag isnt opened all at once, as I have learned, they do go bad after opening. The are easy to make and a wonderful addition to noodles, etc. They are soft and cook fast. Definitely recommend

Horrible smell
The smell was really weird and even after I made it with my budalk noodles, the texture was grimy. Just nasty.

No matter how I tried to cook em they were way too soft and not chewy😕I've bought other brands in the past n ddnt have that problem. So not sure why they were not the right texture.

Delicious
I love rice cakes but I live at least an hour from any place that sells them in store. This have four packs of rice cakes. I got two individual servings out of each pack. They are pricey, but it’s nice to be able to get them at least
