I've been searching for the ideal weekender for quite a while, and I finally found it in this durable bag. It holds enough for a week-long trip, and fits beneath an airline seat. I love that the main compartment opens like a standard suitcase, making it easy to pack, while the full-length outside pocket is perfect for an iPad, headphones, travel documents, etc. There are three additional pockets: another large one on the inside -- I use it for shoes -- and two more external pockets, suitable for smaller items. (The key here is just enough pockets, not too many, in which articles can get lost).The Tucano Tugo works well as a backpack with comfortable straps; plus, there are two handles for carrying by hand. I think it will also function nicely on longer international flights as my under-seater, in addition to a larger wheeled bag for checking or overhead storage. Highly recommend!

The size of this backpack is perfect for my 5'0" frame, and it holds a LOT! I like the way the large center compartment opens like a suitcase... no digging around to find what I'm looking for. If you prefer to open just the top like a typical backpack, that's easy to do since there are two zippers around the main compartment. The backpack is a little bigger than the details suggest. The main compartment measures 16x12. I fill it up with packing cubes and I have more than enough room to pack for an extended weekend... AND a BIG PLUS, this bag fits under the setback on domestic airlines, so no fighting for overhead space! There's plenty of room for my 13" macBook Pro, and the secure pocket is a really great feature! Not a very attractive color in my book, but I'll take function over looks. This is a GREAT little bag!

This bag is GREAT! I used it for a 4 day trip and it fit everything I needed with the use of compression packing cubes. I brought a packable daypack to use while out and about, then threw it back in this bag when the trip was done. I’m usually an over-packer, so this bag is a game-changer for me. Comfortable and sturdy, fits under the seat on the plane. Definitely a new convert to traveling light after this trip and with this bag.

This is my carry-on and it works wonderful. Easy access, no fumbling with difficult zippers or cinches, no wasted space with bunched marital. The compartments are simple and well designed. The sleek handles on the top and sides for lifting, grabbing, putting on, taking off etc make it perfect for traveling. The easy-opening access and square design are perfect for packing, it doesn't make me look slouchy nor squish all my belongings to the bottom like a typical backpack. It would be nice to have a side pocket for bottled drink.

Great travel back pack or for everyday use

Excellent travel bag that is lightweight and durable. Plenty of pockets. Used this bag as carryon and as backpack on an Alaskan vacation. Very pleased with the quality. Large pockets unzips like a suitcase making access very convenient. Great heavy duty zippers on all pockets and cinch straps to help compact the bag for travel. I highly recommend this product.

This is not as it's described. Not happy

Quality product that is just the right size for carrying travel essentials - toiletries, emergency clothes, etc.. Size was adequate to hold my wife and my essentials plus a book and tablet. Eliminated the need for carry on luggage that is a pain to put into airplane overhead compartments, if you can find one that isn't full.
