This is a piece of junk. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews and not just the star rating. Once you start reading the reviews you can tell that over half are fake, in fact, they say the exact same thing word for word.This glass doesn't even fit the viewable portion of your screen! On top of that, it has a ring around the edge where it doesn't stick all the way.Love the honor 8 but hate that it's nearly impossible to find a good glass screen protector.Don't buy this!

What happened to quality control? The package had obviously been opened when I got it (it was resealed with scotch tape), but figured things were in order inside. But check out the photo. There's a little piece of detritus stuck to the sticky side of the glass, essentially rendering it useless. I used one of the two, however, and it seems fine. Oleophobic, good fit, clear etc.UPDATE: The product leaves about a one-millimeter gap on the sides, which is noticeable but not a deal-breaker.Additionally, I emailed the seller asking for a replacement of one of the two screens (only one screen had been damaged) and received a very confusing reply. See attached screenshot.I have contacted Amazon for mediation.

Really nice and fancy packaging, inside everything that you need for applying the glass. But the glass itself is a misunderstanding. It is so narrow that not even covers the lcd screen. I am not saying even about covering the whole front panel. Who designed it? It looks just ridiculous, like it was aimed for other, smaller phone, for sure not 5.2 inch. However, I am happy with the overall experience with the seller and refund so from initial 1 star I upgraded to 3 stars but only because it is neither better nor worse than anything else on the market I guess. So this is a product review and not seller . It just need to be taken into consideration that actually all of the glasses that I have gone through have this issue. They are too small for Honor 8. So this glass is not unique. When I was considering how much stars should I give, I wanted to check the scratch resistance. It is funny because one would think that 9H is the scale referred to hardness of minerals. But what I read is actually so called "pencil hardness". Maybe from the school you remember pencils B, HB, HF etc? This actually how it works. You take the pencil with different hardness and scratch the coating surface and check when something happens. Since I am not going to use this glass anyway (bumping the glass whenever you go with the finger to the edge of phone is annoying) i used knife blade. Maybe it protects the screen from scratches, but itself it is not resistant as you probably wish (new generation corning glass survive such treatments without problem). I understand that protecting glass would serve as a cheap, replaceable alternative but who wants to change it every few months or weeks. Do not take me wrong, this is also a plus for a protector because although honor 8 is supposed to have corning glass 3 screen, it is poor quality (actually my got scratch few days after carrying it only in pocket even before I bought this tempered glass).

Just being honest. These do not conform to the screen on the Honor 8. The display on the phone has curved edges on both sides. These screen protectors do not bend or flex to adhere to the screen. So what you are left with is something that may or may not actually protect your screen. There will be a line all the way around the edge under the screen protector that is about 1/8 of an inch wide. It is extremely visible when the display is off. I will try to add photos later.

I feel like they should make special screen protectors for phones that are a little curved. Like the phone manufacturer need to figure this out. Because looking at my phone with this halo kinda sucks. It's such a beautiful phone.

The "Huawei Honor 8 Screen Protector Tempered - Glass" does NOT fit the Honor 8. There are gaps on all sides. It does not even cover the display area. Not for the Honor 8.

This screen protector is not oversized. I had an edge to edge and my case was lifting up on the protector. Making my home etc buttons not work properly.
