I used the 500mg version in the past but wanted to get 1000mg, so I'm not taking two pills at a time. There's no difference in quality. I don't have a problem with the large pill size, but some people might.

I have IBS/ SIBO/ microbiome out of wack due to previous antibiotics, so prone to diarrhea.Ascorbic acid makes it worse, ascorbic acid bound to a mineral is a lot better.So far, no excessive diarrhea while taking these! They were pretty inexpensive, already mixed with the mineral/ base, so convenient, and not super big/ easy to take 2.It's cheaper to make your own (ascorbic acid + calcium carbonate, sodium bi carbonate, potassium carbonate, etc), but these are more convenient, don't have a taste, and don't have to worry about getting the right balance.

Vitamin C is one of my supplements that I take daily. Going from a dense pill form to capsules has been a game changer, it’s easy on digestion. Highly absorbed. Must try, capsules are small.

I was looking for powdered vitamin c. But this will do and it's easy on the stomach.

Should be good supplement…
