The media could not be loaded. As many people know, who are in the market for one of these imported lathes, it can be shot in the dark going with a company that isn't backed here in the US. However, I took a chance with this seller and I couldn't have been anymore pleased. This lathe seems to have everything I need and was packaged extremely well. Fully supported with Styrofoam in every square inch of the crate. Chip pan was 100% straight with no bends or dings. The only issue I had, was that I didn't take the panels off to inspect the wiring meticulously to make sure nothing came loose during shipping. I advise you do so, because a wire from the direction switch had come lose and contacted the inside of the machine, shorting out the motor driver board on first start up. But, this is where I can comment on the customer service. I contacted this seller and explained the issue, and they overnighter a replacement board to me no questions. I popped it in, wired it up, reconnected the loose wire where it was supposed to go (I went ahead and put ferrules on every wire that went into a screw terminal while I was at it to prevent something like this in the future.) plugged it in, fired it up and everything is working as it should be. I am really satisfied with this purchase and even more with the fact that the customer service was absolutely excellent. Buy with confidence.
