Good Ideas
This book has some great basic ideas and recipes. This book will be great for someone new to the Paleo lifestyle. The one negative I see is to "limit fats" and then it goes one to list the good fats. Paleo doesn't really limit fats. they The good fats are great dense nutrition and needed for brain development.

Great ideas!
I'm always looking for different and better ways to make snacks for my 10 yr old daughter. I like to keep foods interesting and different so she doesn't get bored or be too quick to decide she doesn't like it. The pictures display lots of color, which is an important component in eating healthy. This is a good find - even when I'm in a hurry - I just glance at some pictures then my imagination is sparked for great ideas. I really like the "hungry caterpillar" snack! :-) Thanks

Lots of recipes!
Great pics, good ideas and recipes! I thought late did a good job of providing options for those wanting to use cheese or no, for example. It's good information without a lot of stuff you have to read through to get to the information you're seeking. (Like that last sentence) ha!

Great easy snack ideas
While considering the switch to a paleo diet for the whole family I was concerned about quick lunches and snacks for my 4 kids. This book covered those worries perfectly with great staple recipes for sauces and condiments I hadn't even thought of as a person New to the paleo way!

Nice ideas
I liked the ideas, but want to caution you on the sweet potato fries. Olive oil is a huge no-no for high heat. I would suggest using coconut oil or another paleo friendly high heat old instead. I will be trying several of these recipes. :)

Great Paleo Parent Resource
Just the paleo mayo and catsup alone has helped get my kids on board with healthier eating that's more in line with the way mom and dad have been eating for a few years now. I enjoyed the smoothie recipes and the "pizza".

My son and I enjoyed the story
My son and I enjoyed the story. It was simple, and the illustrations were cute. My main concerns were the lack of punctuation and editing. (For example, there was a sentence where the word "I" wasn't capitalized.) My sons are just learning to read, and it's important that these very basic elements are modeled in what they're reading.

exactly what it says it is
I'm glad I have this book. I need some high-protein snack ideas for my son who's allergic to dairy, and these recipes are winners. Nothing too complex, nothing weird. Great for a beginner like me!

Some good ideas
Like the scientific back up but could do with some more basics like Apple butter etc. Good ideas to try though.
