Good suction, works as shown, sturdy build, possible the best cordless Vaccum out there, yet! Been the first week so I'll build on this in time. Initially a part was missing - but I raised a request and they were quick to replace it :)Only flaw: Wish there was a charging indicator to inform you if the battery is full, you need to turn the device on to check.

Great suction power and filtering design.The lower speed suction is more than enough for regular use. Higher suction can be used for tough suction but uses double the battery power.Well built but a bit on the costlier side. The 2in1 attachment is a bit tacky.Wish they sold the filter spares separately or start selling them in future here on Amazon as the inner hepa filter is developing fiber strands after mild wash as instructed in manual.Will try to update the long term review in the future.

The vaccum cleaner originally purchased through Amazon worked for 6 months only. There was some charging issues and hence, it did not work afterwards. In my earlier review I had stated that I want replacement since the warranty period did not over. I gave a mail to the company 'ShineX Pro' and posted a video of the issue. The company immediately responded within a day asking me to pack the faulty vaccum cleaner and post a video of packing in the mail. I did the packing accordingly and posted a video. Immediately, the company arranged for pick up of the package. After the courier official picked up the package, within a weeks time, I received a mail from the Company informing me that the company has sent a replacement package containing vaccum cleaner by courier. The new package containing vaccum cleaner alongwith accessories has reached me within a couple of days. The replaced vaccum cleaner is working well now and I am satisfied. The response from the company has been extremely prompt and quick. I would like to sincerely convey my thanks to Mrs. Priyanka, Happiness Agent of 'ShineX Pro' who has been highly sincere and responsive to all my mails and for arranging replacement. I am posting this positive review for the benefit of other customers to know about the product as well as the prompt response from the company 'ShineX Pro'.

All okay product looks nice n light weight according to price at least they should give charger with it and extra hepa filter n more battery power as it take’s 6 hour to charge and work only for 25 minute rest product is good and clean well power full for car

I have purchased the product since a year ago, and use only 4-5 times but now the battery is lasting for 5-6 seconds only after charging more then 6 hours. While i contacted to customer service they informed only that warranty is expired and they are unable to help. Mentioned here that the warranty expired on october end and i informed them 1st week of november.What is the use of spending such amount only for 4-5 time in its life??The poor product, high price and worst customer service. Dont buy this product, you will loose money.

Succession power is very good. There are 2 modes, low power itself is sufficient for cleaning.In single charge you can use it for min 20 mins continuously. But don't use like that, because it's getting heat. So use it for 5 to 10 mins and give some 1 or 2 mins break, this is give more battery life and motor also. Very good in succession and i am satisfied

I purchased product being made in INDIA but very poor customer approach. My product is under warranty and not working. I have sent email and what's up including video but very sorry to say that no one is bothered to reply and solve the problem.After lot of efforts the product is picked up fpr replacement but since long no response about replacement
