Imagine a jukebox stacked with the hits of ELO, Super Furry Animals, Pepper-era Beatles, The Beta Band, The Beach Boys, early Pink Floyd, and Supertramp. Over the past year, Noir has emerged as one of the most promising new talents on the UK scene.
