These bars taste great and they seem to maintain my blood sugar level.
These Transcend bars are delicious but I also find that they maintain my blood sugar after coming back from a low. I usually use Transcend's glucose gel to correct the low and have been experimenting with these bars to see if they will sustain the recovery. They do but the best part is that they taste great. The salted Toffee Pretzel has a natural crispy flavor without an after taste. I haven't tried the other flavor yet but it looks like a rice crispy bar so I'll report on that as soon as I try one. I used to like LEVEL bars but these are even better. Thank you for making this product.

This is a Tasty Bar!!!
Not as dense and chalky as a lot of protein bars. It actually tasted good. It is also under the 5g of sugar barrier I try to stay under. (it has 4g)
