A second email from AMBIR support also confirmed that the seller, although listed as the AMBIR STORE isn't the actual AMBIR company - they are a third party reseller. I didn't realize they only offered a 30 day refund window and til we finally learned the truth about all of this, we were well past that... Maybe I can find a museum for antique technology interested in having this as one of their artifacts.
