Solid kneeling chair design hampered by poor foam and less-than-useful instructions.
Other reviewers commenting about the assembly instructions are correct, but by carefully observing the parts available and the diagrams, it is possible to put it together correctly the first time. Took my wife and I about 20 minutes (but at least 5 of that was just getting all the parts out of their bags.) PROS: 1) The unit is sturdy and the pieces are solidly constructed. 2) If a trifle industrial in appearance, it's not unattractive. 3) It's a kneeling chair, so it does help with posture and prevent slouching. 4) There are three sets of holes you can use as a hinge point, so obviously some customization is possible in addition to the rotator in back which raises and lowers the seat. CONS: 1) The manual needs improvement in this last area — there is no information on how to adapt the chair to users of varying heights / leg lengths. I have been finding it vaguely uncomfortable, and have tried adjusting it this way and that, but can't seem to find a setup that suits me. 2) The foam. Seriously, people – use two or three layers of foams of different density, glued together. Although thick, this feels like one layer of flimsy foam that collapses and this ends up putting a lot of weight on your upper shins. This forces you to take breaks to "walk it off" and recuperate before you can sit down again.

Sturdy, attractive and fairly comfortable, but foam is thin and poor assembly instructions.
Well made and attractive. However, the instructions simply consist of small diagrams that are not very clear. I had to take it apart several times and put it back together (you will understand why when you try it). When you take it apart, you need 2 Allen wrenches, but only 1 is supplied. I find that it is comfortable, but I cannot adjust it as high as I would like (I am 5'11") and the foam looks thick, but it is not high density and squishes down to a very thin layer. ADDENDUM: After several months of use, I really like this chair. I figured out how to adjust it and it fits me fine. The padding seems comfortable enough for me, even though it is very compressible.

My body automatically corrects from poor sitting positions when in this chair
I can see how this chair might alleviate back and neck strain. My body automatically corrects from poor sitting positions when in this chair. No slouching or leaning forward as in a regular chair. The fronts of my lower legs take a lot of weight on them but with standing up and stretching frequently this will get better. I can actually straighten out my legs from time to time briefly while in this chair and still use it effectively. Sitting at an angle still keeps my back adjusted well. It was pretty easy to put together, however, you do really have to pay attention to directions so as to not put something upside down. Directions could be a little more clear. I went right from a properly adjusted regular chair to using this one and did not have to readjust my computer monitor or keyboard heights. I am 5 foot 4 inches and everything was perfect to begin with. I am hopeful this will really help my neck and back.

Good Frame, No Comfort
One of the selling points for this chair is the fact that the foam is 4 inches thick. You would think that would make the chair more comfortable, right? I suppose it would if the foam didn't squish down to nothing with the lightest of pressure. This chair might as well have no foam at all. If I was sitting on nothing more than wooden planks in place of the foam I would get the same experience. While the frame and the rest of the construction is sturdy, due to the lack of proper foam it is almost unusable. This chair is not worth the money paid for it. I would discourage anyone else from purchasing one.

I find this chair comfortable and with the adjustments it provides it is more than enough to find a position that works out.You can't expect this chair to replace your other chairs since you will need to take breaks from the kneeling position every now and then.Overall, the chair looks good and provides adequate padding. If you are on the heavy side, maybe you will need to take more breaks, but for most people I think this would be a good chair.

Good, but not as good as the one I had years ago. I think the cushion for your bottom is too tall. Maybe I need to try to adjust it more, but I am having trouble getting in and out of it. When I do use it, it definitely takes the pressure off of my lower back, but transfers it to my knees...which aren't great either. Perhaps I just need to fiddle with it some more.

I like it. The instructions are useless although its pretty easy to figure out,but you will need 2 allen wrenches and only one is included to assemble. Didn't install the wheels since using on carpet but on a flat hard floor it DOES NOT sit level.Glad I bought it when I did because now its $20 more

Good for Sciatic Nerve Sufferers
For those with sciatic nerve problems, this chair reduces the pressure on the lower buttocks. Plus you sit up straight - a good thing in itself.
