Review: Buy this product! It works! - This product is wonderful! THIS is the best for getting rid of roaches! I love that it doesn't smell bad and it works AND it is safe around my birds and cats and dog. I have bought two small sprayers and now two large containers as refills and this is just the best. It kills on contact, and if you miss the bugger, this stuff lingers in place to keep them away.
Review: Kill roaches BUT you have to do your part to get rid of them for gd - I’ve lived in an old apt building for years where I accepted that roaches were always part of my kitchen. Then one year I adopted cats & I noticed a SURGE in baby roaches that were too uncontrollable to ignore. Roach baits didn’t get rid of them…I couldn’t use diatomaceous earth b/c if the cats inhale that, it kills them AND the roaches. (Plus it’s a mess, u trace powder everywhere.) So I needed a pet safe way to attack these buggers…Out of all the sprays I bought from desertcart & Home Depot, this one worked the best. The roaches would flee like they were being gassed, however the cats would run gasping for air if I accidentally sprayed too much. BUT (& here’s the mistake most people make) b/c they want a one-product solution to get rid of the roaches. The spray alone won’t solve the roach problem. In fact, ANY spray used by itself won’t be enough to stop the roach problem. It can help it, but eventually they come back. Here’s how you STOP the roaches from coming back AND use this spray effectively: Step 1: See where they frequent, it will always hint where the roaches are entering from. In my case, I always saw them in the kitchen, coming out from under my fridge or stove. Step 2: Buy some Kwik caulking from Home Depot. I bought a caulking gun & used it like an AK47 on a mission to kill roaches. -Caulk around any holes along the floor or walls in that room. Move appliances to get to the walls. Do not miss a single area! -Check around EVERY single electrical outlet in your home (the rectangle part) & plug up the TINIEST hole. There were some in hard angles to see around, so I ended up using my iPhone camera to help me find/seal all the holes. No excuses on this one! -In the kitchen: clear EVERY cabinet one by one & caulk ANY gaps, cracks or thin narrow spaces where roaches can hide in. (See pics as an example). This is a biggie b/c FIRST you have to stop them from entering before you can kill them off for good. -Caulk around the sink if needed. Clear everything from under the sink, use a flashlight from ur iPhone & caulk gaps, cracks or small narrow spaces. Especially where the pipes meet the wall, you want a 360 degrees caulking seal. -If you see them frequenting around wood, caulk over it, especially if it’s old & could have cockroach poop/other gaps you can’t easily see. Again, use a mirror or a iPhone to help you find/seal whatever areas you see them in. Step 3: Use this roach spray & douse under any appliances where you see them. Actually pull the appliance out completely, Lysol the floor underneath so it’s spotless. Then spray this roach spray where the appliance usually rests & move the appliance back to its original position. (If u see a small pile of dust, u just found a roach motel.) Spray LIGHTLY under long cabinet/wall edges if you have pets. You can even spray on a wet wipe & then use that to wipe around cabinet/floor edges if you want to be super safe around your pets. *Make sure the area dries completely before letting your pets back into the space.* Any essential oil if ingested on their paws/fur IS toxic, even with this spray. DO NOT USE on your floor, use on cabinet edges, edges where the wall meets the counter, edges that are low to the ground, or around your appliances only! For the safety of your pets! Trust me, it is heavily concentrated, it will do the job. Step 4: Buy roach baits & wait…it will take up to a week for them to return if you have an infestation like I did. Watch where the roaches come in from next. If you see them coming from the appliance again, it could be from the outlets or a wall opening. Repeat Steps 1 through 3. Step 5: Buy child safety plugs for electrical outlets, $4 at Home Depot or desertcart. Plug any unused electrical outlet over your whole home. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 again. (Be OCD about it) Step 6: **MOST IMPORTANT STEP!** If you see them crawling over cabinets and kitchen counters, then they are still coming from an area you missed caulking. -Buy Loctite Foam for “gaps & cracks” for $7 at Home Depot. It’s caulk that expands like insulation, excellent for blocking roaches. Take out EVERY kitchen drawer & with a steady hand & a flashlight, slowly caulk a square seal around the 4 inside corners or anywhere the wood connects (aka above the cut out square area for your drawers). Wear latex gloves for this! Wait an hour for it to dry & then take a serrated knife (box knife preferably) & slice off the excess foam, it will slice off like butter. Then put the kitchen drawers back. NEXT, clear the cabinets under the sink again. Only THIS time, use the Loctite foam to caulk around the corners where the sink meets the cabinetry. (This is KEY, b/c it ended up being where my roaches were coming from). Do a thorough job, you don’t want to repeat this step again…working with the Loctite foam can be messy/sticky & you should buy “Goo be gone” also at Home Depot to help remove sticky residue. I covered my working area on the bottom with blue shop towels. Paper towels will also work to protect underneath you, in case it falls on the ground. -Put away any open food in cabinets in the fridge only, until the roaches are officially gone. I even bought a container with a lid for my silverware, (also on desertcart). -Now…wait. If you continue to see roaches, repeats steps 1 through 3. Each time you are slowly closing off a potential entryway for them & closing in on the REAL entry point. If they keep living under your appliances, then they are entering from somewhere. At this point, after ALL the steps, I stopped seeing them under my my appliances. And once I plugged up under the kitchen drawers/sink corners with that Loctite, it was a total game changer. I never saw them again. But this roach spray was ESSENTIAL to getting rid of them for good. It took me a few months to figure out what I’m telling you now. Follow every step…get OCD about checking for holes/cracks, be a detective about it. Most people are too lazy to go through all that. And those people end up accepting that roaches will always be there, or spend $$$$$ on a professional (& they could still come back). But once you have pets/kids at home, it changes everything & makes every painstaking step worth it. If I did it, so can you!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good but....
*by C***S on December 19, 2023*

The product is nice and i feel safe using it in the home with my pets. I have noticed 2 things though. One, the trigger for the spray breaks very quickly, making it hard to use the product sparingly, and i noticed it doesnt really KILL roaches unless you really hammer it down on them. Instant ant killer though. Overall, worth it.
