After watching youtube and realizing the risk involved damaging the lcd I took the item to a cell repair shop and 45 dollars later they fixed it . I saved money purchasing the part beforehand. 150 dollars saved. I am pretty good repairing things this was just too risky for me to do. It is harder than it looks and LCD screens for the Note20 Ultra are expensive. Review: Caused more damage than was supposed to fix - The product seemed to be simple and straightforward when looking at the instructions but because the video is the same as the booklet there was no additional info or tips on doing this proces. When I started it was already a struggle, I did not have a hair drier or or heat gun, and if I used the suction cup it would cause my screen to crack further, once I was able to get a heat gun I proceeded to follow the instructions and when I used the razer to try and prop the screen it just caused more breaks in the screen and I struggle further to get one of the corners propped up. Once I did manage to prop up a corner and inserted the wire it striped an extra layer of the screen other then the glass and now my screen is no longer visible and I might have to replace my phone all together.
