It worked for me. Helped get a sound sleep. Just make sure you take it 2 hours before sleeping. For me when I missed the sleeping time window, I struggled to fall asleep despite taking this tablet. Lesson learnt - take medicine and sleep on time for it to be effective.

works well, actually your body mostly needs 1mg, so i break the tablet in half and take which gives me less vivid dreams and late night wakes, also day time sleepiness is gone, which was present when taking the whole 3mg, Everyone's body reacts differently to melatonin so experiment with it like i did, if the dose is correct it can do wonders!!
