Should have read other reviews- it's not complete
It's definitely DIY and I didn't understand what that meant as it's not in the description. I should have read the other reviews more carefully. You have to transfer all of the pieces- including a bunch of tiny pieces to complete the windows- to another piece of paper and then cut it out... I'm assuming. There are no instructions included on how to do it. I'd guess the 4 and 5-star ratings have some experience or are just more confident at diving in. The actual picture looks nice; I'm just not sure I'm ever going to have it completed and on my wall.

DONT BUYawesome decal but not transferred onto decal paper! By the time I did that it had ripped in multiple places and was ruined. I want a refund

I found that the application was very weird, don't know why they weren't made to just stick on the wall like window cling, instead you had to transfer to sticky backing , then cut out each piece then put it up.
