Died after 4 months
This worked great for about 4 months, then it began to overheat. My mouse and keyboard stopped responding, so I reached back to check the hub and it was so hot it burned my hand. I'm pretty sure if I hadn't unplugged it when I did, it would have caught on fire.

Bought this for my Xiaomi Air 12.5" notebook.Pass through power works however it has a weird quirk. All USB's work as well and the cable length is just about right.When you plug in the hub and then plug in the usb-c power cable for the laptop onto the hub, power transfers through just fine.If when your laptop's battery is full or for some reason you want to take off the power cord from the hub, it won't re-charge whenever you do re-plug it back into the hub. The only way to get the power pass through to work again is if you remove the hub from the laptop, plug the power cable into the hub and then plug the hub back into the usb port on the laptop. I find this rather annoying sometimes since my external mouse/keyboard is connected via the hub so everything has to disconnect in order for me to get power pass through to work again. I am not sure if this is my laptop's fault or the hub but the hub I had previously did not do this. (previous hub died)Regardless i'll be keeping the hub, I had wish they added a SD card reader on the other side. It's definitely not worth the extra $10+ for the versions that do when a usb sd card reader can be had for a few dollars.

Excellent Customer Support
Product is as advertised. But....the best part of my purchase was the customer service. I had a question as to proper sequencing of plugging the power source in and USB elements. I received a response back within two hours of my submission, along with a very nice comment that if I needed further assistance to contact the location they provided.

What this does well--disrupt my wifi signal on all nearby devices. Useless and worthless. Buyer beware
