Works for me!
I've been using this for about a year on days when I go to work. Works for my lumbar pain. I'm an ICU nurse, and sometimes work 6 days in a row, 12 hrs shift, lifting heavy equipment, and turning and moving patients several times a day. I only noticed it was working, when I realized I was no longer thinking of the back pain midway during work. Smells pretty strong, but I'm okay with that.
