The lamp itself looks very beautiful and modern
The lamp itself looks very beautiful and modern. Beware, it doesn't take any other light bulbs except for GU10 ones, even though item description states that 2 kinds of light bulbs will fit. GU10 light bulb has a very unique "plug" and costs more than regular light bulbs. In addition, the remote control was impossible to install, since every time we tried to wire it in per their instruction, it would short circuit part of the house. It's working great without it though. I'm giving it 4 stars because it works just fine without the remote control and my daughter loves it and doesn't mind the pull-down strings. Otherwise the rating would have been lower, since the remote control was deemed useless.

No lights came with this lamp for 99.00 and they are not typical bulbs. No clue where to get them or what type they are. Picture looks like white blades but they are silver. Should give you the option of silver or white.

Irregular bulbs needed
Love the look of this fan, but it does take special bulbs. If you get the low wattage bulbs there is zero light... with the high wattage bulb you have to aim the lights to the side so you don't get blinded, but once situated it works fine.

I should have read the whole specification before I sent for it.
Somewhat disappointed, the fan is smaller than I expected and the type of bulbs that it uses, I do not like them...
