Barbie Self-Care Doll, Blonde Posable Spa Day Doll in Lemon Bathrobe with Puppy & Accessories Like Headband & Eye-Mask

I do doll face repainting and upload to my Instagram. This doll has pretty face for repainting.

First of all, the face and skin tone on this Barbie is uniquely multiracial (pale Euro/Asian), and and if you’re also (like my child and I) pale Euro/Asian, you know it is incredibly rare to see our face shape and pink skin tone on dolls. I’ve never seen a doll that got it right, and this one just made me super silly happy. (If you’re multiracial, you’ll understand the unexpected thrill of seeing yourself or your child reflected in a doll). Anyway, the doll’s body is flexible, not quite made-to-move but close; she’s thin enough to fit standard Barbie clothes (I actually re-bodied her to be curvy, at the expense of finding clothing, but it’s something DIY-ers might want to consider); and unlike many Barbie’s, her hair can be dyed easily with Rit dye-more for synthetics (just use Vaseline to cover her face). Such a unique and beautiful doll!

I knew ordering this that my daughter would not be disappointed since Barbie items are usually of good quality. But she and I were delighted and impressed by all the little accessories that came with this doll. Such adorable spa-theme miniature and real looking items. I highly recommend!

My daughter loved it

Doll has a unique face sculpt with a subtle, pleasing smile. Articulation is not too loose or stiff and is the regular body type. The doll has articulation at the wrists, knees & elbows. Her arms csn reach out horizontally, too. She had flat feet and pale skin, so no visible thigh demarcation. Once removed, the robe only has a seperate sash to secure it, but it is a very good quality robe. I might stitch or glue the sash to the robe to insure I don't lose it. MThe robe is wide enough to accomodate all body types. I cannot comment on the accessories yet, however the foot soaking pan is a lot smaller than the other ones I have. The sandals seem sturdy; they are a little warmer in color than the robe but still go well with the robeNo issues with delivery. I would give it 5 stars -- but Mattel continues to produce dolls with hair that looks like it was caught in a blender! I trimmed it a little to help it appear a little more natural looking.

I love this doll and the extra accessories that come with it. Her face and clothes are too cute. Her purchase price is so affordable especially because with all you receive for ten dollars.

It's a barbie so I'm not sure how you can go wrong.
