Crap... Does not light up very much, even with the few moments that I did manage to get it turned on. Going to try brand new fresh batteries. They come with spare but those also did not work and yes i tripled checked the placement.

Awesome lights, zoom mirror lighting is meh
The LED lights are awesome and it's really easy to do makeup in the car with this. The only gripe I have is that the lights don't quite reach the zoom mirror. I have to hold it at a funny angle to get the lights to shine on my face looking through the zoom mirror

Perfect for your purse!
This little mirror is so handy and the perfect size to go in your purse! The light is awesome as well and having an actual mirror just works so much better than your phone camera! I got these for all the women in my family for Christmas and they were a hit! Would be great stocking stuffers, female teacher gifts, etc.

Lights way too bright.
Great idea but... Lights are way too bright. Can’t look into lighted mirror without squinting, or wearing sunglasses. Pretty hard to do eye makeup with sunglasses on. Leave the lights off & you have a good travel mirror.

Do not buy this!
Do not buy this item. Never worked. There is no “switch” or usb connection. Also the metal part in the battery compartment fell apart when I opened it. Terrible purchase!!! Gave it one star but it deserves ZERO
