Coconoil - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil - 3 x 460g (Triple Pack)

Bought this after reading about the amazing potential weigh loss properties it has. Used it to replaced ALL my other oils in the house. I cook with it, spread it on my toast in the morning (which is unbelievably yummy) and even use it as a moisturiser.After several weeks of use the quality of my skin improved significantly! I put this down to the eating mainly as although I stated that I use it as a moisturiser, I wasn't using it on my back which is where I noticed the improvement. I used to suffer with really dry and itchy skin on my back, but no more.Didn't really notice the weight loss effects, but bizarrely, I think that was down to the fact that I don't consume enough for that to happen. you have to eat rather large amounts (around 4-6 tablespoons per day) and i am only eating up to 2-3 tblspoons a day.That said, I haven't had any weight gain either believe it or not. Coconut oil is not metabolised in the same way as other 'unhealthy' fats in the body. Your body can't convert CO in to fat that your body can store so you never gain weight no matter how much you consume. The reason for the weigh loss when eating large amounts is that CO acts as an appetite suppresser when consuming larger quantities, so you simply tend to eat less.It also has lots of other healthy properties e.g anti bacterial properties.There is a wealth of information about it all over the net, but I imaging you probably know much of this if you are reading this review.

I decided to try this product due to the rave about coconut oil and this brand in particular. I was not disappointed. We've used this product for almost everything. Hair care , treatment of cold and flu, treatment of stomach gas etc.My sister used it for her daughter infantile eczema and it cured it completely! The little girl now sleeps soundly without itchy legs. I used it in combination with honey, lemon and cinnamon for my cold and flu. I was cured in 5 days. I also use it for frying and cooking. The taste is great!I didn't have the same success with my face. I broke out in pimples and stooped using it.I love the smell!

Have been buying these for a while now and is my preferred coconut oil over any other. Have purchased other brands when on offer though. Do make sure you read up on ALL the benefits and uses of coconut oil.

I use this excellent oil with another cream and it works perfectly to keep moisture in. Excellent oil

Leave the oil out on the worktop so that it is at room temperature and therefore easier to work with, as it is naturally rather firm. Use as a spread on bread etc, in cooking, and in smoothies. It is lovely oil with a pleasant light coconut smell, and a tub does last a long time. Excellent product and company.
