My first set came missing the slip solution but they replaced it by the next day! Yes the containers are small but what can you expect with this full kit at that price? I’m happy! Here are some tips warm up the poly gel bottle before you try to squeeze it or start with a pea size at the thumb and smaller as you make your way to the pinky, use the brush to even out the Poly before you press don’t rely on pressing to get a good fit, the clear works! All you have to do is cure for one minute then mist with rubbing alcohol, do not rub when the alcohol evaporates cure with the light another minute and you should be good to go granted it’s not too thick

Pictures show my second use of this product. I will say I tried poly gel a few years ago and it was no bueno. It never got hard enough and broke off. THIS is so good. My first try I got 9 days. That is very good for me because I have oily nails and I’m a picker. Typical gel mani will give me 4-7 days. First picture is with the poly gel on and filed how I want, then I painted them. I personally will probably always paint them. Just as the other reviews the clear poly never hardened for me. The pink is great though. I love this product. I still have room for improvement but it is fairly easy. Just takes time! I have not tried other brands from Amazon to compare.

I received everything and I tried to use, and everything is horrible. The slip solution was basically empty when I got it looks like someone use a lot of it and sent it out and it’s like water doesn’t do what it supposed to thank god I have from other sets over brought before not from the same seller. Then the polygel is not full or new. Normally they have a piece of foil over the hole when you open it mine didn’t not on either of them. But I really wanted clear so I still tried to use it and it came out really hard I had to use a lot of solution and it never spreads like its supposed to, it’s very hard to try to spread . The file was worn out like it was use multiple times. The only thing that are okay would be the base coat and top coat.

If you buy this kit, be sure and also buy the nail clips that are sold separately. This was very difficult to get on just right. I ended up soaking them off immediately because they just didn’t look good. It takes a lot of time. I think with practice, they might end up looking great. Also, these seem to stay put way better than any polish, dip, or gel that I have ever used! So that’s a plus!

i have hideous hands but i love this small little nail kit. comes with plenty of tips (that you can reuse!!) i used the pink gel for my tips (pictured). i could not get the clear gel to stick for some reason..i had bought nail polish separate. they came out beautiful. and if you a nail beginner, like me, this is really stupid easy to use. practice makes perfect! i recommend buying a small single finger uv lamp to go with these products. love !!!

First of all this is definitely NOT beginners friendly 😑. When I got and opened my package (Opened it the same day) and tried to use my gel it was very very difficult to even squeeze a decent amount of gel out the tube. It was incredibly lumpy and I was struggling to spread it evenly. And the whole slip solution and brush didn't work. Trust me I dunked my brush in there and the gel was still astronomically sticky. It was impossible for it to look good or natural. (Like it advertised to be). I know it was relatively cheap but even for the cost it was still terrible quality. Maybe if you are a professional this would work but I wouldn't recommend this if you are starting out. By all means no hate or discouragement to the business I'm sure they're trying their best. I am just hoping this could be a help to people or the business to fix.

I was nervous about using this after reading some of the reviews. This was the first time I’ve tried poly gel. My daughter had recommended it and she had given me some advice.I “sanded” the tops of my nails to roughen them, then washed with soap & water before cleaning with acetone nail polish remover. Next I used a thin layer of the base coat before placing a small bead of poly gel directly on my nail. Used the slip as I smashed & spread the gel. (Next time I am going to warm the gel a bit, so it will hopefully spread easier). Finished with the top coat and cured under light after each coat. Wiped the finished nails with alcohol. Cleaned up edges by sanding a bit and yea, it worked! Think I’m convinced that this is the way to do my nails!

I was surprised how easy it is to use. I used it on my friend and she loved them. I will definitely recommend and will be using it on my nails next.

Used this kit to try out polygon extensions for the first time and I love it - everything you need is included. A good uv lamp makes all the difference - great value and super results :-)
