Ik they are just spline lug nuts, nothing fancy but i bought these, they were m12x1.25 as described, fit my wheels and look nice. Recommend these!

Solid black spline lug nuts for my Tracker, rusty though
Bought the Black Spline Lug Nuts for my 2002 Chevrolet Tracker to replace the stock lugs that have black plastic caps that are hard to find.They work fine and look okay, but after gently putting them on ONCE with a torque wrench to spec they are rusty in some spots. Ehh, price is right though.
