Remove existing grille. Grille is held in place by two plastic pins, one on each side. 2. Cut out vertical ribs and sand smooth. 3. Check fit on inside of frame. Remove any excess dried glue or cast plastic nubbins that may interfere with fit. Note the side nubbins help locate the grille. 4. Using a sharp hobby knife gently bend louvers out 5. Glue in place on inside of grille frame.
