I ordered the ToAuto melter for my small candle business. Upon initially receiving it, I had some issues with it overheating. I reached out to ToAuto support and they were very responsive and quickly resolved my issue by sending me a new melter. The new melter works great. It heats quickly, melts the wax thoroughly without overheating and stabilizes the temperature while I work on multiple candle projects. It’s a great product and highly recommended. Thank you to John with Support as well for his assistance in resolving my initial issue. It’s easy to use and great value for the price.

I got this wax furnace for my little side hustle, mainly I make candles for myself! This thing is amazing! It keeps the temperature easily and wipes clean easy too. It was super easy to take out of the box and setup. No assembly required! Just a work surface and an outlet! I’m very happy with the size, it’s not too big or too small. Just right for me!

I purchased the **TOAUTO 10Lbs Wax Melter** and initially experienced a minor issue with the valve leaking. When I reached out to the seller, I was blown away by their exceptional customer service, particularly by John, who was incredibly respectful, courteous, and efficient in resolving the issue. First, they provided a detailed video with instructions to fix the leak. However, when the issue persisted, they immediately assured me they would send a brand-new machine at no additional cost and without any hassle. Although I have not yet received the replacement machine, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their product. The original unit was otherwise excellent—easy to use, no clogs, and simple to clean. I look forward to receiving the new machine and have no doubt it will perform as expected. The product and customer service deserve nothing less than 5 stars! Highly recommend both the wax melter and the company.

Decided to upgrade my candle wax melting pot to one that I can melt more wax faster and produce more products . I love how it melts multiple wax and also includes melting gel (have not used it for melting gel yet) but works well so far for melting wax very fast and efficient .So far only used it a few times but worked great every time. I have not added my candle fragrance in this pot so I can’t recommend doing it. Also, be-careful setting temps, heats quickly and will burn your wax if not properly set.

This is awesome! I have wanted something like this for awhile and this one looked perfect. My 11 yr old loves to make things and he wanted to make some candles . When this arrived, he couldn't wait to get started. We had been given a few candle making kits and had just never done anything with them. He started melting the wax, then added the colors and scents and poured them into the candle containers. He is able to use this 100% on his own. The only part i help with is the cleanup because it is hot. The large stir stick makes it so easy and the size is perfect.

I am changing my review to five stars because I finally figured out the best way to use this furnace. My melts very quickly and reaches 185° in a short amount of time. I also figured out how to use the spout and that is pouring well. I can now with this furnace, melt 3 pounds of wax in half the time! This is the definite by whether you are a hobbies or someone who has a small candle making business.

This is something I should have bought a long time ago, but am glad I finally have it and it does not disappoint. Makes the entire candle-making process so much neater and easier, love love love it!!

Great little wax heater but rating sticker shows AC 120V 60Hz 1100 WATTS so a suitable step down transformer is needed for use in Australia/New Zealand

Besonders praktisch finde ich den Auslasshahn, mit dem das heiße Wachs sauber dosiert werden kann. Das Zubehör wie Dochthalter und Klebepunkte ist direkt dabei, was den Einstieg enorm erleichtert. I use this wax melter regularly for my small handmade candle business, and overall I’m very pleased with it. It melts wax efficiently and has a good capacity, which makes batch work much easier and more consistent. After a small issue with temperature stability, the seller was extremely responsive and professional and promptly resolved the problem by sending a replacement. Excellent customer service and communication. The melter heats up well, is easy to use, and saves a lot of time compared to smaller melting methods. I’m happy to continue using it and would recommend it to other candle makers, especially small businesses.

The wax melter is amazing but can anyone tell me what types of wicks it comes with ? I’m very grateful for them I just wish I knew what type these are . I did use the wax melter and it makes my life easier. I love that you can regulate the temperature because I did burn my wax with other wax melters. I love the design as well it is so pretty. I did a lot of research and found this company to be one of the best . I think if you are serious about making candles you should invest in this wax melter.
