Can gwn7610 use one port (its poe/net port) for both power and network communication, or you have to connect it with both its poe/net and net ports?

The Net/POE does both the Power and Network communication. It is exactly how I have it set up!

How hard is to set this up? I have old linksys router and I want to extend coverage... do I just plug it into my old router and its good to go?

It is very easy to setup and very effective just follow the manual with it.
