Gelatin capsules, but a vegetarian formula?!?
Helps regulate my estrogen, but I don't need the pepsin at all and I hate that they made a vegetarian formula, but put it in gelatin capsules!! What the heck? I use a betaine hcl only powder from nutracost that I encapsulate myself now and is much stronger and cost effective!
